Hooray for Milt! ["Equal raises for all," Federal Computer Week, May 24, 2001.] I am glad to see someone who thinks straight.

Taking nothing from the military; I think they do a bang-up job. But lets not lose sight of the fact that they chose to go into the military and that way of life. There hasn't been a draft in years.

I chose to go into the civilian workforce. I would like to remind all those naysayers that when I go to the store to buy milk or bread or the gas pump for gasoline, I pay the same as the military. I don't pay 1 percent less than the military because I got 1 percent less of a pay raise.

Keep up the good work, Milt.
