DoD memo mandates cybersecurity reciprocity

The Defense Department is mandating all the services accept security terms and conditions for all enterprisewide systems. In a memo to military leaders, DoD technology officials call for reciprocity of accreditation decisions and all documents pertaining to those decisions for systems on the Defense Information System Network and/or the Global Information Grid.
