We
do identity theft protection and legal plans. On June 1, 2006, the Fair
and Accurate Credit Transactions Act went into effect. This will leave
unknowing employers open to civil liability, possible class action
suits as well as significant state and federal fines should their
employees, vendors or customers' personal information be breached. A
new compliant rule to FACTA goes into effect May 1, 2009.
Our benefit will enhance productivity, reduce stress, protect you from ID theft, garnishments and absenteeism immediately!
