Recently the Modernizing Government Technology Act passed through a vote in the House. A panel of experts, including Nextgov 's own Mohana Ravindranath sat down to discuss what it would take for the bill to pass through the Senate. Lawmakers biggest concerns about the legislation would likely include funding, according to the panel.
