Measuring Cloud Progress

Cloud’s become a key element of digital transformation for many organizations, but how has it progressed in government agencies? In February and March of 2020, Government Business Council (GBC) polled a random sample of government employees to gauge developments in cloud. In this follow-up poll, GBC surveyed 144 federal, defense, and state and local employees in August and September of 2020.
