Obama makes a long-distance call ... to space

Throughout the history of the human space-flight program, presidents have made the often obligatory long-distance call to spacecraft orbiting and traveling to the Moon. Today's call from President Obama to the crew of the Space Shuttle Atlantis and the International Space Station, though, was a little different. With the end of the shuttle program, it will be the last call that Obama--or any president--will make to a shuttle crew.
