You might already be familiar with the brain-training app, Lumosity, which helps users work on multitasking and problem solving. As you improve, the games become more challenging.
Another brain-sharpening app, Elevate, focuses on language and math skills, including name recall, which might come in handy at the next conference or networking event.
And yet another one, Happify, focuses on the emotional side of your brain. Its games help users strengthen self-confidence and manage stress; skills that are also very important when trying to keep up at work.
