Ever hesitate picking up the phone to call the help desk because you're afraid you'll come across as a complete techno dunce? ("You don't know the difference between the Internet and our Web site?") We bet you have some good stories to tell. Or, maybe you work on the help desk. (Um, what's a mouse?) Again, we're sure you have some funny stories to tell about the silly questions you are asked.
