One Rosy IT Spending Outlook

They also report that federal IT spending in 2008 increased 5.3 percent and they forecast 2009 spending will jump 5.5 percent again.

That's a rosier outlook compared to what other government market forecasters say, Input, for example, says the $100 million mark won't be approached until 2013. It spending will only increase an average 3.9 percent a year during that time, too.
