If in Ohio, Lock Your Car Door

Does the state of Ohio have a particularly difficult time of holding onto laptops (and therefore have one of the worse security practices in government -- local, state or federal) or are Ohio's security practices just as poorly implemented and followed as any other government's but the state is just getting more publicity.

For Jay Carey, an Ohio Health Department spokesman, the answer is pretty obvious. He says, "If there's a lesson here, it's, 'Don't leave these types of equipment in your car.'"
