Don't underestimate this tiny robotic car.

Don't let its tiny and adorable appearance fool you -- Google's self-driving prototype car is packed with some of the most advanced software seen in the auto industry.

The Google car doesn't use a few cameras and some sensors to see other cars and pedestrians; it also uses lasers and radar detection to predict the behavior patterns of its surroundings.

Alarming to some and exciting to others, there is no steering wheel or pedals, as Google isn't interested in anything less than complete automation. The tech giant might achieve that in just a few short years.
