Lieberman re-introduces cybersecurity bill

Sen. Joseph Lieberman (I-Conn.) and bipartisan co-sponsors have reintroduced compromise cybersecurity legislation, reports Bill Jackson at GCN.
The revised Cybersecurity Act of 2012 relies more on rewards than punishments, such as limited liability for organizations that share cyber threat information with government and relying on incentives for voluntary compliance rather than mandatory security standards for critical infrastructure, Jackson writes.
