The Obama administration has made it clear that many jobs being handled by contractors need to be brought back in house.

We’ve heard from numerous readers who don’t necessarily disagree with the idea, but who are worried about how the transition might be managed without making life miserable for the employees involved or without compromising the performance of essential programs.
