Defense Secretary Leon Panetta remains focused on his job and not his personal future, Pentagon press secretary George Little said Thursday in response to a question on whether the secretary had any plans to leave office.
Little said he understood it was a “Washington parlor game” to speculate about Cabinet shifts after an election, but he had no intention of joining in.
We’ve already joined in, with National Journal reporting Panetta wants to return to his California walnut farm sooner rather than later.
