President Obama said during a Pentagon press briefing Thursday that the new Defense Department strategy for the 21st century is based on "smart, strategic priorities."

The current stealth bomber -- the Northrop Grumman B-2 -- costs just under a billion dollars, and one shudders when contemplating what a new improved version will cost.
