Lisa Schlosser, who runs the Environmental Protection Agency's Office of Information Collection and a former chief information officer for the Housing and Urban Development Department, also serves as a reservist with the Amy's 1st Information Operations outfit at Ft. Belvoir, Va. She told she is up for promotion to lieutenant colonel. As someone who barely made it to the rank of corporal in the Marine Corps, I consider this quite an achievement.
