The Department of Defense is looking to develop new cyberweapons to disrupt an enemy's military network, even if it's not connected to the Internet, the Washington Post reports.
To speed up the development of cyberweapons and other defense technologies, Pentagon officials placed $500 million over five years into the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency budget--one of the DOD's top research organizations.
