Delawareonline reported on Monday that 25 percent of all health care workers in the state's seven acute-care hospitals did not receive a flu vaccinated in 2009. That's about 4,000 health care professionals. In one hospital, St. Francis in Wilmington, nearly 55 percent of workers said they didn't get a shot.
The reasons:

-- "I never catch the flu."
-- Fear the shot will give them the flu.
