Penelope Trunk has an interesting post on the Brazen Careerist blog about what Generation Z (those born between the mid-1990s through the 2000s) will be like at work. Based on analysis from Neil Howe and William Strauss, Trunk predicts that unlike Generation Y, Generation Z will be more individualistic than team players. She also predicts that Generation Z will be more self-directed, smarter, and as expected, will process information at lightning speed. "The next generation will be so good at processing information that they will open doors we can only knock on today," she writes.
