ABOUT

IT modernization has never been more critical to supporting government’s mission, or more challenging. Although Congressional and executive mandates offer frameworks for technology leaders, agencies still face an uphill battle to aligning the technical infrastructure, funding mechanisms, and skilled workforce necessary to truly modernize government. At this half-day summit, Nextgov explored these different elements of IT modernization with current and former agency CXOs, oversight leaders and policy experts.
