Over the last decade, modern technology has transformed the way the world thinks about transportation. From drones and self-driving cars to supersonic and hypersonic vehicles, the transportation landscape of tomorrow will likely look remarkably different than today’s. The Federal Aviation Administration continues to plan for everything from unmanned aerial systems to commercial space flights. Artificial intelligence and data have the potential to help agencies rethink transportation systems and revolutionize transportation networks. But these advancements have also presented complex challenges for government leaders to navigate. How can agencies continue to innovate while still fulfilling their missions in a safe and efficient way? How can they make sure to focus on and meet regulatory demands while still modernizing cloud adoption and migration as well as cybersecurity strategies?
