#DigitalCitizenSummit19

Technology is changing the way government interacts with the citizens it serves, offering new tools, frameworks, and platforms for engagement and service delivery. Part of a larger movement on behalf of the administration and Congress to modernize, the push for digital government is putting the onus on agencies to accelerate the process of digitizing customer experiences.

At the 3rd annual Digital Citizen Summit, Nextgov explored what it means to truly be a digital government - from design and user experience to accessibility and engagement. We talked with government leaders who are transforming the way their services are designed and delivered, along with industry experts who shared best practices in digital services from the private sector. Watch the event video to learn more about:

  • Adopting a digital first culture for service delivery
  • Building your agency’s brand in a digital world
  • Digital government policy implications for federal agencies
