ABOUT

Federal agencies are turning to robotic process automation to shift routine tasks from expensive, tedious human labor to digital processes. But with that come dangers, including a disenfranchised workforce and automating—and unintentionally obfuscating—bad processes. Improving the Lives of Citizens Through the Fully Automated Enterprise
A Session Presented by our Underwriter, UiPATH

The benefits of automation came to light during the pandemic when some agencies jump started technology modernization through digital assistants to address the surge in citizen need for benefits, healthcare, and easier access to government. Now automation is driving modernization and efficiency for agencies at the enterprise level, building capacity and job fulfillment for public sector employees, and resulting in better outcomes for citizens. And yet we have only chipped at the surface of how RPA driven modernization can continuously improve the lives of all citizens—veterans, warfighters, tax payers, public sector employees and beyond.
