The benefits of automation came to light during the pandemic when some agencies jump started technology modernization through digital assistants to address the surge in citizen need for benefits, healthcare, and easier access to government. Now automation is driving modernization and efficiency for agencies at the enterprise level, building capacity and job fulfillment for public sector employees, and resulting in better outcomes for citizens.
