England has a new "Hero." It's a four-wheeled $15,000 robot, built by BAE Systems, helping the British Border Agency catch illegal immigrants. Hero uses cameras and sensors to check out the undersides of trucks entering England through the port of Calais, and can be fitted with a heartbeat detector and various weapons sensors, according to the Telegraph.
