Camden quality of life Web site shut down for problems of its own

Bogged down with hundreds of complaints, technical issues and a communication breakdown, city officials stopped monitoring the Web site, www.CamdenDCCB.org, two weeks ago. Police, on the other hand, say they are picking up helpful intelligence from the site and are making regular arrests based on the online tips. These mixed results were not what a cross-section of municipal officials, activists and police had in mind when they launched the site six months ago.
