The agency has infiltrated online games populated by mythical creatures.

In its effort to gather “haystacks” of data to detect terrorist “needles,” the National Security Agency has infiltrated online games populated by mythical creatures, The New York Times reported.

The agency has its folks join in the games played by millions of people worldwide under disguise, the Times said. This raises many interesting questions, including whether or not game playing is a full time NSA gig.

Or, does an NSA game player also have time to listen to my really fascinating phone conversations with my wife about Theo the World’s Greatest Dog? Or read my truly boring emails to and the VA about its paperless processing system?

In the name of trolls and elves everywhere, I say enough is enough.
